OUR PAINT CORRECTION PROCESS & EXPLANATION
In addition to performing paint correction, we must take several steps before we can achieve the actual paint correction itself. These steps include a presoak with a special soap & rinse to loosen up surface contaminants. Then we thoroughly hand wash and rinse again. Next we soak the vehicle in a special iron remover solution and rinse again then we do a complete clay bar treatment. By this point, the paint is extremely clean and ready for paint correction. The prep process takes roughly 1-3 hours, depending on the vehicle's size and condition. To save us time and save you money, we only focus on areas getting paint correction.
Then we proceed with the paint correction process. We offer 1 Stage and 2 stage paint correction packages each with 3 to 4 passes. We also have a Quick Polish add-on!
1 Stage Paint Correction: This is Ideal for new/newer vehicles and will remove defects such as light scratches, factory swirls & scratches caused from improper washing or neglect. This process will leave your paint very smooth & shiny. We aim to improve the condition of the paint by removing 50-65% of the defects. This process can take anywhere from 5 to 7 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle
2 Stage Paint Correction: Helps to remove light to medium scratches and swirls, plus creates a high gloss finish. We aim to improve the condition of your paint by 75-85%. This process can take anywhere between 10-14 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.
Quick Polish: A quick polish is great for customers on a budget that still want shinier paint. Although a quick polish may only remove 10-15% of the scratches and swirls, it is still a great way to bring out the shine in your vehicles paint. Also not every vehicle needs extensive paint correction. Sometimes all it needs is a quick polish!
